Sign Up Procedures For Payroll Cards
We have developed a seamless system to transfer your employees over to a direct deposit system. The few simple steps are outlined below.
1. Your employees will be provided with a simple sign up form in both English and Spanish (other languages are available). Employees are only required to provide name, address, government ID#, and telephone number. There is NO credit check and NO bank account required. For employees who wish to use our patented mobile money system to send funds to friends or family members abroad, those family members will need a registered card to receive the fund transfers (see “get a second card”).
2. Once the employee information is processed, your employee will be mailed a personalized payroll card that they will be able to use once they have activated the card by calling customer service.
3. Your payroll cards are printed and embossed with your employee’s name and account number, and sent to the employee via mail to their home address.

Getting Started
To start the program it takes three easy steps:
- Supply bank information/process from your bank to cover the amount that you load on the payroll/commission cards.
- Have each person that is going to be issued a card fill out the enrollment form.
- One hour training session on how to batch load the payroll/commission cards using the Internet.
